One important aspect of my life is that I have celiac disease, which means that I cannot digest wheat gluten. It is toxic to my small intestine and may lead to lymphoma.
I've been unfaithful to my celiac diet, sneaking the wrong foods, and now I'm having trouble. A celiac must not eat anything with gluten for the rest of their lives.
I'm publicly expressing that I will never cheat on my gluten free diet again. I will carefully read ingredients and  remember how terrible the gluten makes me feel. I'm not self-diagnosed, I have been a celiac since childhood and have had endoscopies which prove my condition.
One bright spot: eating gluten free has become popular and there are many more gluten free products in most grocery stores. My friends, family and coworkers know I can't eat wheat. The key point here is please help encourage me to be strict on the diet, so I can feel better soon!
